Firearms

Certain handguns, rifles, and shotguns meeting Virginia’s “assault weapon” definitions will only be sold to the following:

• Law Enforcement Departments/Agencies
• Law Enforcement officers
• Military entities
• FFL's
  • Virginia-defined “assault firearms” include but may not be limited to:
  • Semi-automatic, centerfire rifles having a detachable magazine and one of more of the following: a pistol grip, folding stock, telescoping stock, thumbhole stock, second handgrip, grenade launcher, or threaded barrel
  • Semi-automatic, centerfire rifles having a fixed magazine with a capacity greater than 15 rounds.
  • Semi-automatic, centerfire pistols having two or more of the following: second handgrip, ability to accept a magazine outside of the pistol grip, a barrel shroud, threaded barrel, buffer tube or arm brace .
  • Semi-automatic, centerfire pistols having a fixed magazine with a capacity greater than 15 rounds.
  • Semi-automatic shotguns with one or more of the following: folding stock, telescoping stock, collapsible stock, thumbhole stock, pistol grip, ability to accept a detachable magazine, or a fixed magazine with a capacity greater than 15 rounds.
  • Any shotgun with a revolving cylinder.
  • Any firearm with the capacity to accept a belt ammunition feeding device.

Magazines

Capacity limit: 15 rounds. Does not include attached tubular 22 rimfire magazines
To ship magazines with a capacity greater than 15, the purchaser/recipient must provide one of the following:

• Proof of status as an active-duty law enforcement officer
• Law Enforcement departments or agencies must provide purchase order on department/agency letterhead
• Military departments or agencies must provide purchase order on department/agency letterhead
• FFL holder must provide a copy of their FFL

Ammunition Sales

Due to varying laws and regulations, we do not ship ammunition to the following states and territories:

Any orders to the following states will not be fulfilled.

• Illinois
• Massachusetts
• Maryland
• New York
• New Jersey
• Puerto Rico
• Washington D.C.
• Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands

Firearm and Magazine Sales

If you are law enforcement or military and reside in a state with magazine restrictions, we will require proof of eligibility before shipping.

For shipments to New York or Washington State, please provide your law enforcement credentials along with the information for a FFL that will accept the magazines, or supply a department address for delivery.

While we cannot modify any firearm from the manufacturer’s original configuration, we can swap or remove magazines to comply with capacity restrictions, provided compliant options are available for the specific firearms or caliber exchange kit. Additionally, you have the option to ship non-compliant magazines from a firearm or caliber exchange kit to another state where they are permitted, subject to an additional shipping fee.

Please confirm with your FFL dealer, as they will have the final authority in receiving and transferring firearms.
