Firearm Order Processing

Please place your order as if it is being shipped to your home residence. This is for any other items (non firearms) that will not be shipped to your FFL's address. In the order comment section of the check out page you can list your FFL's business name, address and contact phone number and email address. Once one of our customer service representatives processes your order they will reach out for the FFL's license and your proof of eligibility.

The email requesting the FFL's License & your proof of eligibility, will have instructions on what all is needed for the order to be complete. It is possible that it will get filtered into your junk/spam folder depending on your email providers restrictions.

We are able to ship firearms to Departments for Official Duty use for any Federal or State Law Enforcement agents with a completed Department Letter of Transfer.

For Proof of Eligibility

Any Federal Id's, Military ID's, will not be accepted as we can not keep them on file, as they are all Federal Documents. For any State/Local agencies a copy of your ID/Badge will be required for Proof of Eligibility.

In lieu of the Federal Documents, there will be an Affidavit attached to the Email from one of the manufactures below. It will need to be filled out completely and returned to the customer service representative.

Springfield Armory & Smith & Wesson also require a copy of your Driver's License to be submitted at time of request for each purchase of one of their firearms.

These documents will have to be updated yearly to stay in accordance with manufactures LE/MIL standards.

If there is no “armed officer” state authorization card, then a letter from the security company indicating the officers employment and status as an armed guard must be provided as well as their identification card.
