Commemorative Firearms Program
Thank you for your interest in Proven Arms & Outfitters Commemorative Firearms Program. This is your opportunity to design and own a custom-engraved firearm from a leading manufacturer such as Sig Sauer or Rock Island Armory. Each limited-edition handgun or rifle is laser-etched from the factory to your exact specifications.
Commemorate a special event, deployment, unit, department, or association. Over the years, we’ve worked with groups of all sizes—from platoons to entire divisions—to create meaningful, lasting tributes. Your commemorative firearm will serve as a one-of-a-kind memento, carrying forward the legacy of your service for future generations to appreciate.
How the Program Works
1. Designate a Point of Contact (POC)
Your group should select a POC to coordinate with our Project Manager at Proven Arms & Outfitters. The POC will assist in selecting the firearm and engraving details.
2. Submit an Inquiry
The POC should contact us at 910.637.0500 or E-Mail inquiries to Firearms@ProvenOutfitters.com with the following details:
- Name
- Unit/Organization
- Email Address
- Phone Number (If Available)
- Address
- Preferred Firearm by Type and Brand
- Estimated Quantity (Manufacturer minimums start at 25)
- Any Additional Comments
3. Finalize the Design
Once the firearm selection and engraving details are confirmed, our web team will create a custom order page for your group. Individuals will then be able to place their orders directly through our website, supplying their local FFL information when they do.
4. Production & Delivery
Manufacturing and engraving typically take 6 to 9 months from the order date.
Once completed, firearms will be inspected for accuracy. Photos will be sent to the POC for final approval.
Approved orders will be shipped to each individual’s licensed firearms dealer of choice for transfer and pickup.
