Thank you for your interest in the Commemorative Program that we offer from Manufacturers.This is your opportunity to design and own a custom engraved commemorative weapon by a leading weapon manufacturer.Design and own a custom engraved weapon from either Sig Sauer or Rock Island Armory. 

Each limited edition firearm is custom laser-engraved to your exact specifications to commemorate a special event, deployment, department, association or time for your unit. Over the years, we have assisted groups of all sizes, from a platoon to a division in designing the perfect commemorative weapon.

Your custom engraved firearm will be a one-of-a-kind memento that future generations can appreciate that carries on the legacy of your time spent in battle, in a unit, in a department or whatever moment you want to remember forever.

Each project begins with you choosing a point of contact for your group who we will work with to assist in the selection of the weapon and engraving that you will be proud to use or display for years to come. They will be the liasion between your group and our dedicated Project Manager here at Proven Arms & Outfitters.

After the your groups POC contacts us at either 910.637.0500 or  E-Mail inquiries to Firearms@ProvenOutfitters.com to start the general inquiry about what products are available from the manufacturers. When sending the email into our Program Department, please include the information below:

• Email Address
• Phone Number (If Available)
• Address
• Weapon Type/Brand Interest
• Estimated Quantity (Manufacturer minimums start at 25 pieces)
• Additional Comments

Once the commemorative weapon or weapons of choice have been finalized, our web development team will have custom a URL built that celebrates your groups decision. You will then be able to place orders directly through our website for the firearm that each individual chooses to order. General production time from manufacturers to have the firearms built and engraved is roughly 6-9 months from the order date.

We will receive the firearms here from the manufacturers and inspect them to verify everything is correct on the orders. Photos of the weapons will be supplied to the POC for approval before shipments begin. With everything being signed off on, the firearms will be then sent to the firearms dealers of your choice for pick up and transfer.
